Elevated on a base of board-form concrete, the home appears to float above the landscape, offering unobstructed views of surrounding oak groves and rolling vineyard hills.

The exterior palette is defined by natural textures and clean lines: vertical dark-gray stained cedar siding contrasts with the warmth of board-form concrete, while expansive black-framed glass panels invite light deep into the living spaces. Deep roof overhangs, black aluminum detailing, and glass handrails create a crisp modern silhouette that harmonizes with the rugged terrain.

The home’s plan emphasizes indoor-outdoor living, with generous terraces and balconies extending from the upper level.
